Here is a partial list of template web sites that have been recommended by real estate agents across the country and have written about them in the REALTalk Listserv.

Many people wrote in to recommend this one http://www.advancedaccess.com/

http://www.z57realestate.com/

http://www.superlative.com/

http://www.ihouse2000.com/

This company has some nice templates and that is what they specialize in... templates for web sites. Not specifically geared toward real estate but that could be a good thing.  http://www.websitetemplates.com/

http://www.internetseer.com  An agent recommends this company for monitoring your web site and he finds them to be as good as it gets... He also finds his site to be up 99-100% of the time. Needless to say, that's nice to know.
